Master Models

Having pre-designed models help us build your ADU much faster, give you an accurate quote without worrying about added fees later, and ensures a smooth permitting process (which we handle). Our Models have customizable interiors and the exterior will be built to match the style of your existing home. All Models include a full bathroom with walk-in shower and can be made ADA/Handicap Accessible. All ADUs are built to Florida Hurricane-ready standards including impact windows and hurricane straps. Our ADUs come fully finished, including appliances. We will work with you to see which model best fits your needs and space.
